Is there a way to keep the little bubble on my screen from popping up?

I use a laptop and whenever I turn my computer on a little bubble in the bottom right corner always comes up saying wireless connection is unavailable" or something like that.

I use a cable for my internet but before that I used to use wireless.

anyway...is there a way to keep this bubble from popping up everytime? it's so irritating

the switch for my witreless internet is off too so I think i'd have to do something with the control panel or what if anything?Is there a way to keep the little bubble on my screen from popping up?
Go to start, then to settings, then to network connections, the one that is no longer needed will have a red X. you can delete that one or if your not sure if you want to go that far, you can right click and go to the properties box and at the bottom of the first screen called general, you can UNcheck the box that says show icon in notification area when connected. that will shut off the box from comming up...Is there a way to keep the little bubble on my screen from popping up?
well this is usually from some kind of program that need an internet connection to work. i have spy sweeper to protect my computer and whenever my internet is not working it pops up and tells me that. the best thing to do is remove this program that is doing this if is not important.
