I have a pop up bubble thats there every time i turn on my pc, i can close it but its back on restart ..WHENu?

i was trying to download limewire gold .. my firewall blocked it and then this bubble (whenu ins.exe) appeared and i cant get rid of it , can only close itI have a pop up bubble thats there every time i turn on my pc, i can close it but its back on restart ..WHENu?
