What does this mean, getting a liquid bubble after itching?

this always happens to me;

my leg or arm would start itching, and then over time it turns into a red bump, then it would turn into a bubble filled with like liquid ......

is this a mosquito bite !?!?

i'm worried :(

i popped the bubbles and now they have band-aids over them.

my dad also bought itching cream, but it says not to apply over blistered, damaged or open-wounded skin, am i able to apply it?What does this mean, getting a liquid bubble after itching?

I don't think its mosquitoes. You may have gotten into some kind of poison while out doors or it could be an allergic reaction
