Wear headphones.
(and put some on the dog too.) Maybe she'll figure it out if she sees you both like that.
Thanks. Glad that idea helped and you're very welcome. Hope it all works out for you.

How do you get someone to stop incessant bubble gum popping?Ask her politely, then ask again, the third time, you morally have the right to ask any way you want, you can be mean, angry, etc.
Um, ask politely? How do you get someone to stop incessant bubble gum popping?
Hey Russell, you may want to try moving out , or well...hmmm, try ear plugs?
Offer her a lifesaver. Seriously.
Tell her your ears hurt. I think that you should start beeting around the bush that her bubble gum popping is hurting your ears, abd the dogs too
.
Take all of her gum away and when she asks you what happened to it--shrug your shoulders and say "I dunno", and walk away.
sneak some of that hot gum into her pack...
she may just stop
i think you have a lot of issues going on to be honest and i don't think it would hurt to go talk to a counselor or something and try to clean out the mess...it can help...worst thing that can happen is you waste 50 minutes without your aunt popping her gum...
