Why do my stomach pop,bubble,and growl when i wake up,before i eat,during eating,and after i eat?

That is your digestion system doing its work! Your stomach does really grind up food, and as food travels through your stomach and into your small intestine it makes sounds. It probably growls when you wake up because your body is fasted and you are hungry.
