Should I go into therapy or just pop bubble wrap?

I've been feeling depressed and like I need some help. However, it's expensive, even with my insurance covering part of it. On the other hand, poppin' bubble wrap is cheap and it makes me happy. Should I just do that or do I need to get the therapy?Should I go into therapy or just pop bubble wrap?
Popping bubble wrap makes me happy too. My girlfriend yells at me about it on occasion. I try and do it when she isn't home. I say continue popping bubble wrap. The therapist will cost more and the bubble wrap will probably be more effective.Should I go into therapy or just pop bubble wrap?
talking to someone you trust could always be an option, or even someone online you dont even know.

I know id love to go to therapy to sort my life out but to be honest, i only live once and wouldnt want to waste my time and money in a small room. Think positive, you never know when you could lose everything without embracing it at all.
