What is the video game called where you pop bubbles?

I have been looking for a older game that involves bubbles. The object of the game is to pop all of the bubbles that appear on the screen by shooting a chain like projectile at the ceiling. It stars off with two large bubbles, then when you pop one it turns into two smaller bubbles, then when one of those smaller bubbles are popped it turns into two even smaller ones and so on.
