On Vista whenever I plug in headphones it has a pop up bubble saying you have inserted a device into audio...?

It's just really been getting on my nerves, because it just keeps popping up when i plug my headphones into the audio plug. Is there a way to stop this? Please help if you can.On Vista whenever I plug in headphones it has a pop up bubble saying you have inserted a device into audio...?
You have to go into settings, open the control panel. Then open windows security center and access Other security settings user account control. You should be able to find a way to turn off the notification in there.

Sorry I can't be more specific. I have my computer set up the way I like it and if I go poking around in it to figure out your problem to the letter I fear I would foul up my settings. But I hope I at least pointed you in the right direction. On Vista whenever I plug in headphones it has a pop up bubble saying you have inserted a device into audio...?
You probably have a third party audio control software on your system. Go to programs and see if you have Realtek or Creative audio console. I know these two devices have that option to alert you when head phones are plugged in. Inside the programs there will be an option to turn off the notification. On Vista whenever I plug in headphones it has a pop up bubble saying you have inserted a device into audio...?
to be honest i think your gonna have to put up with this but you could try changing you notification settings
That's your audio monitor. It isn't actually Vista doing it, it's the programme for your audio card or chip. But u should be able to disable it. Hunt around in the sound management software and u may be able to locate the auto notification setting and disable it.
