Why is there a bubble-popping-like sound on my MacbookPro whenever I run Windows Vista?

I have the mid 2009 MBP running on OS X Leopard, and I installed Windows Vista on it. Every time I run Vista, there's this weird bubble-like sound that is similar to soda bubbles popping. At first I thought it's from the computer in general, but I never hear it whenever I run Leopard. )=

Has anyone experienced this oddity aside from me?Why is there a bubble-popping-like sound on my MacbookPro whenever I run Windows Vista?
Perhaps it's to alert you that you're running Vista or maybe it's just part of the OS.
