The middle and poor health care will be one size fits all this way you control costs. We need to reduce the age of the population. People that live to long are a drag on the economy. News flash: we already have rationed health care. Right now it's rationed by insurance companies. And they are skimming off 20% administrative overhead.



News flash: we already pay for heath care for the poor. Hospital emergency rooms are required by law to treat anyone who comes through their door. This loses money (ER care is among the most expensive) so the hospitals charge all the other patients to pay for the indigent ER patients. This is the status quo that needs to change.

From a purely economic standpoint, it's evil. Those people contributed all their lives for us to have what we have now.
lots of much easier ways to lower the cost of health care, but they arent politically popular.

Start with tort reform. AMA estimates that 30% of all procedures are defensive, to protect against lawsuits.

Change so that punitive damages do not go to injured person and lawyer, they get the compensatory damages, but a central fund to pay for Health Care.

Give patients an interest in cost. If Health insurance required patient to pay first 10 or 15% of each procedure, patients might start saying - nope dont need that test or the fourth follow-up visit.

There - we cut costs about 40%, enough to cover all uninsured.
